Lifestyle Home Designs was born in 2014, while Isreal was working for a private Building Consultancy company and saw a shortage in the design community for accurate compliance and design drawings.  This lack often lead to clients paying for over-designed houses with little additional benefit to the final product, or paying excessive council costs through design insufficiencies.

Our knowledge also extends as a qualified builder and site manager, building high end, bespoke homes throughout Auckland's elite suburbs. With this knowledge, you can be assured with your design, we bring an element of the knowledge gained from working alongside of New Zealands leading architects, as well as the ability to add cost beneficial savings to your designs.

We are Auckland based, covering the North Island, with projects from the far north, down to windy Wellington.  With part of our work dealing with house relocation companies, this sees us regularly travelling to meet clients, and to visit sites.
